Front fender molding — part number and clips

Tags: #fender · #molding · #part-number · #clips

Part number: the front-left fender molding part number is 5CA15004502 (for the NEW/restyle X80), available from multiple online retailers including kitzapchasti.ru, autocraft-kzn.ru, and kitzap.ru ¹².

Common failure — molding flies off: the front fender molding frequently falls off / "flies off" during driving — this is a common failure reported by multiple owners, not an isolated defect. Root cause: weak or inadequate retention clips that don't hold the molding securely under wind load and vibration ³¹.

Fitment varies by model year: front fender moldings differ between pre-facelift and facelift models — facelift-version moldings are wider, and attachment-point spacing also differs between the two generations. Confirm which generation's molding is needed before ordering ⁴⁵⁶⁷⁸⁹.

Rear fender molding: the right rear fender molding also has its own specific part number, visible on the trim piece's own marking (photo on file, useful for matching a replacement) ¹⁰.

Wheel-arch molding (fender trim) — separate part, pre/post-restyle part numbers: plastic wheel-arch molding trim (крыло молдинг) is available separately for the X80. Part numbers differ between pre-restyled (дорест, ending in 0) and post-restyled (рест, ending in 1) versions. Restyle part number: 5CA15005502 (~1,430 RUB, RU market, January 2026). Available from AliExpress, Wildberries, and Russian auto-parts shops (e.g. Kitparts). Verify the vehicle's trim year from the VIN before ordering ^{11121314151617}.

Wheel-arch molding — additional pre/post-facelift part numbers (do not cross-order): further confirmation that pre-facelift (дорест) and facelift (рест) wheel-arch moldings use different part numbers and are not interchangeable, for both front and rear moldings. Pre-facelift example: 5CA05004602 (confirmed дорест). Facelift version: 5CA15004602 (marked as NEW). Always verify the vehicle's facelift status before ordering ^181920212223.

Reinforcing pair — 5CA05004602 and 5CA05004502: an earlier community report lists the same 5CA05004602 front/restyling arc-molding part number alongside a companion number, 5CA05004502, for the (likely paired left/right or front/rear) molding set — consistent with the pre-facelift/facelift split documented above. Available at aftermarket suppliers and auto-paint shops (малярка) in Russia ²⁴²⁵.

Body arch molding — 2026 price update and dealer-order lead time (reinforcing report): further confirmation that arch moldings differ between pre-restyle (dorest) and restyle and are not interchangeable (forcing fitment damages both parts). Restyle part number 5CA15004502 (matching the front fender molding number above) is priced at 4,800 RUB (RU market, May 2026), available only via factory order through dealers/suppliers (e.g. "Vasily"), with a 1.5–2 month delivery time. Both front and rear arch moldings are affected by this incompatibility ^{262728293031323334}.

Rear-right arch moulding 5CA05005602 (pre-restyle numbering): an Emex listing shows the rear-right arch moulding (арочный молдинг заднего правого крыла) of the X80 as 5CA05005602 at 2,006 RUB per piece (RU market, February 2026), 2 in stock, 4-day delivery ³⁵. Front and rear mouldings differ between pre-restyle and restyle, so do not mix the numbering. The restyle arch moulding is a factory special order at about 4,800 RUB (RU market, May 2026) with a 1.5–2 month wait ³³³⁴.
