Chameleon color-shifting paint — rear glass

Tags: #paint · #windshield · #legal

Chameleon (color-shifting) coating/film can be applied to the X80's rear windows/glass only — front windows must comply with GOST transparency standards, which rules out the chameleon effect there. Rear windows and the tailgate glass can show a color-shifting iridescent effect depending on the viewing/light angle. One owner showcased their car with this treatment on the rear glass. Specific application cost and vendor details were not shared in the discussion, but the work is performed by car-customization shops ¹²³⁴.
