Front radiator grille — removal and reinstallation

Attachment. The front radiator grille attaches to the bumper with clips at the bottom and self-tapping screws at the top — a mixed fastening method, not clips-only or screws-only.^123456789

Clearance. The distance from the radiator itself to the grille is approximately 10 cm.^123456789

No special tools needed. The grille can be removed and reinstalled without special tools — release the bottom clips, then remove the top self-tapping screws (or vice versa when reinstalling).^123456789

Real-world failure case. One owner's grille came loose (along with the bumper) after a front-end impact, since the clip attachment at the bottom is not a fully rigid connection — worth checking grille/bumper clip condition after any front collision even if damage looks minor.¹²³
