Two effective methods for removing stickers/decals from windshield or other glass without using heat: (1) anti-sticker spray (Антискотч brand) — spray it on and wait a few minutes, then the sticker/adhesive lifts off easily; (2) blade-scraper method — a razor/blade scraper works safely on glass because glass is harder than the steel blade, so it won't scratch the surface.
