OEM part number and price

FAW OEM rear brake pad part number: B5CA02648Z, available on Ozon at approximately 1000 RUB (RU market, Jan 2025); owners report the pads do not squeak.¹² For pre-restyle X80 models specifically, a distinct rear pad part number is separately reported: 179510064 — this may be a generation-specific number or a supersession of B5CA02648Z; confirm generation before ordering.³

The FAW B5CA02648Z listing for the Besturn X80 rear disc pads was seen on Ozon again in October 2025; a separate Ozon front pad set is titled for the FAW Bestune X80 with no article number shown.⁴⁵⁶

Mazda cross-compatibility

• Rear brake pad assemblies from Mazda 6 GG (2002–2008 generation) are confirmed compatible with the X80 rear brake system by multiple owners — a useful alternative source when FAW OEM parts are unavailable.⁷⁸⁹¹⁰
• TRIALLI PF2349 rear disc pads confirmed to fit without squeaking. When choosing among aftermarket options, prefer light gray pad compound over darker compounds — reported as quieter.¹¹¹²

Other sourcing / pricing

• Avantech AV180 rear pads found on WildBerries (wildberries.ru/catalog/134792249/detail.aspx), priced around 2K+ RUB (RU market, Dec 2024).^13141516
• Rear pads differ between pre-facelift and post-facelift models — verify which generation before ordering.¹³
• A previous Mytishchi-based supplier ("Восточный экспресс") ran out of stock; Kit Zap on Varshavka (Moscow) confirmed by owners as a working alternative source.^17181920

TRW — cross-brand rear alternative

TRW rear pads tested as a working alternative: one owner fitted original FAW front pads (from AliExpress) with TRW on the rear, reporting satisfactory performance on both axles.²¹²²

Mazda 6GG cross-reference and retailer sourcing (2025)

FAW X80 rear pads cross-reference to Mazda 6GG (2002–2008). Retailer options for sourcing: Yulsun, Emex, Autodoc, Avtopiter (delivery to a local pickup point, typically cheaper than market/dealer pricing) and Ozon (also faster delivery). Some dealers additionally stock Miles Pro ceramic pads, but fitment varies by generation — verify carefully (see the Miles Pro incompatibility note below).^{232425262728293031}

Miles Pro pads — NOT compatible despite marketing claims

Miles Pro ceramic rear pads (an Ozon listing, stock code 1986991044) are reported as NOT compatible with X80 rear brakes despite marketing claims otherwise — pad dimensions differ from what the X80 needs. By contrast, genuine Mazda 6 rear pads fit, with a 56.6 mm width specification. Always verify pad width before ordering rather than trusting a generic "fits X80" listing.^323334353637

Rear pad sizing and brand recommendations (TRIALLI, Hi-Q)

• Rear pads: 133 mm size confirmed for rest (1.8L) models. TRIALLI PF 2349 available on Ozon, confirmed to fit rest models.^383940414243
• Hi-Q brand mentioned as a higher-quality alternative to TRIALLI; general caution to avoid the bottom-tier/cheapest brands on Ozon, as quality varies significantly between listings.⁴⁴
• Pad compatibility differs between rest and doreset models due to production variation — verify generation before ordering (consistent with the front-pad rest/doreset dimension notes elsewhere in this section).³⁸⁴³

Hi-Q SP1476 — factory-compatible, and counterfeit-risk warning

Sangsin Brake Hi-Q SP1476 rear pads are reported as factory compatible. Online retailers (Ozon, Wildberries) frequently carry counterfeit or low-quality rear pads under similar listings; some owners report pad squeaking after only ~1,000 km with poor aftermarket copies. Recommendation: buy from verified sellers or official dealers to ensure genuine parts rather than picking the cheapest listing.^45464748

Mazda GH (not GG) rear pads and TRIALLI PF 2349 cross-fit

• Rear brake pads sourced from Mazda 6 GH (distinct from the GG cross-fit above) confirmed to work, alongside the front/rear GH disc cross-fit documented in the front and rear disc cards.⁴⁹⁵⁰⁵¹
• TRIALLI PF 2349 rear disc pads fit both Mazda 6 (2002+) and FAW X80 (2018+); OEM-equivalent part numbers: 6E5Z-2200-B, 6E5Z2200C. Multiple owners confirm proper fitment and performance; available on Ozon.^52535455
• Same TRIALLI PF 2349 rear pads reconfirmed by another owner as fitting Mazda 6 (02+) and X80 (18+) via a direct Ozon listing, with a reference photo of the packaging.^565758596061

Bolivar and Schreubnap — additional rear brand reports

• Bolivar-brand rear pads (fitted on a 2019, 2.0L automatic model, sourced from Emex) fit without issues.⁶²⁶³
• Schreubnap (ceramic compound, made in the EU) rear pads recommended by community members as a durable option; both this and Bolivar are reported to fit "like original" with no adjustment needed.⁶⁴

Mazda 6 GG pads fit X80 — further confirmation

Rear pads from Mazda 6 GG (02+) reconfirmed compatible with X80 (2018+) by additional owners; specific part TRIALLI PF 2349 available on Ozon.ru, and Hi-Q brand (also sourced via Mazda 6) tested as working.⁶⁵⁶⁶⁶⁷

VAZ universal cross-fit (low confidence)

One owner reports fitting a universal VAZ-line rear pad successfully; this is an unusual cross-fit and has not been independently confirmed by other owners — treat as low-confidence/anecdotal rather than a recommended default option.⁶⁸

TRV, Marshall, and KUJIWA — additional rear sourcing options

Beyond the Mazda GG cross-reference above, TRV-brand rear pads work well with no squealing, confirmed across a second purchased set by the same owner (proper guide-pin maintenance still required). Front pads remain comparatively hard to source, described by the community as near-exclusive to the X80. Additional rear options spotted on Ozon: Marshall M2620031 and KUJIWA KUR5203 (see the fitment caution on KUJIWA KUR5203 below).^697071727374

Rear fitment issues: KUJIWA KUR5203 mismatch, and staying FAW-specific

Rear pad fitment can be trial-and-error. KUJIWA KUR5203 (Mazda-sourced, see the availability note above) is reported as not fitting properly — wrong shape/size for the X80 rear caliper, despite being sold as compatible. Reconfirmed as fitting well: TRIALLI PF2349. Some owners recommend skipping the Mazda cross-fit gamble altogether and sticking to FAW-specific pads, or trying the hi-q brand instead. Multiple trial-and-error purchases are common before landing on a good rear pad.^{75767778798081}

Pricing: Mytishchi rear pads (Aug 2024)

Mytishchi-brand rear pads reported at 650 RUB (local-supplier pricing, RU market, Aug 2024), no squeaks or dust — see the front-brake-pads card for the paired front price (700 RUB) and the ooove.ru alternative sourcing note.^82838485

MILES E510894 ceramic pads for the restyled (рест) rear (Sep 2026)

For the restyled (рест) X80 rear, one owner fitted MILES E510894 ceramic pads (MILES PRO Ceramic Formula) and reports quiet, non-squealing braking after a few days. Another member suggested the Nibk PN5803, and a third named the Sangsin SP1476 (see above) as a cheap option, without a price. The MILES pads were listed at 1,665 RUB (RU market, Ozon, Sep 2026; marked down from 3,356 RUB), and another owner bought them for about 1,400 RUB (RU market, Sep 2026). The member's NiBK disc-and-pad set for the rear is in the drilled and perforated discs card.^86878889
