Engine cylinder firing order and numbering
The engine's cylinder firing order is 1-3-4-21. Cylinders are numbered starting from the front (left) mount side of the engine — e.g. the third cylinder from the left/front mount is cylinder #31. This was given in response to a misfire specifically affecting cylinder 3, though the responder noted the firing order alone likely wouldn't pinpoint the cause of a misfire in a particular cylinder — it's mainly useful for correlating diagnostic-tool cylinder numbers with physical cylinder position21.
