Common failure mode. The FAW X80's EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) system commonly suffers from the DAD sensor and EGR valve getting fouled by crankcase blow-by gases coming from the cylinder head covers and engine block — these gases carry contaminants that coat the sensor and valve over time.^12345678
