Three modes. The X80's start/stop button cycles through three operating modes: OFF, ACC (Accessory), and ON. If the button defaults to the wrong mode, the engine may fail to start¹.

To start the engine reliably without pressing the brake, press the button in sequence: first press (OFF), second press (ACC), third press (ON) — the engine then starts.
