To access the window regulator, glass seals ("бархатка"), and door-latch wiring, remove the door trim panel:

1. Pry off the clips securing the trim panel to the door frame.
2. Unclip the plastic divider/window-regulator shroud that sits alongside the window glass — this piece comes off together with the glass ("снимается вместе со стеклом").
3. Use plastic trim tools or a flathead screwdriver to avoid damaging the clips.

Exterior chrome molding. The exterior chrome molding ("уличный молдинг") is held on with double-sided tape plus clips at the bottom. Cut the tape carefully with a utility knife while prying from the inside, to preserve the clips for reinstallation.^12345678
