Factory-standard summer tire size for the FAW X80 on 17-inch (R17) wheels is 215/60 R17 ¹. Alternative sizes some owners run: 215/65 (a softer ride, slightly taller/higher profile) and 225/60 to 225/65 (also softer, taller profile than stock) ¹².

R18 fitment (Oct 2025). R18 225/55 tires have approximately 15 mm greater overall diameter than the OEM size and were confirmed by testing to fit the vehicle.
