Windshield fogging from floor water leaks

Symptom. The windshield fogs while driving and the fog returns soon after the A/C and fan have cleared it; one owner reports the same in wet weather¹².

Cause and fix. Victor found water under the floor mats and in the spare-wheel well; after sealing those leaks the fogging almost stopped³. Workaround. Set the air to the face and windshield vents at minimum fan speed³.
