Arm layout and silent-block numbers. The front lower control arm has two silent blocks (сайлентблоки, rubber bushings), outer and inner, plus a ball joint; the rear longitudinal (trailing) arm has a single silent block with no front or rear label. A query that mixed the two arms received the unexplained code SBX80PRODZK.12 The inner silent block of the front lower arm is listed as FC0134300-2; the outer end, at the ball joint, is the other silent block, and a Stellox diagram circles the lower-arm bushing labelled 87-71050-SX.345 For the rear silent block of the front lower arm an owner gave GJ6A-34-460B (also found as GJ6A-34-460A) and the FEBEST equivalent MZAB-016.6 A Drom listing from M-Avto (Podolsk) offers the front lower arm GJ6A34300GG as fitting Mazda 6 / Atenza and FAW X80 / B50 at 2,800 RUB (RU market, May 2025); its 2002-2007 year range is the Mazda 6 range and is not verified for the X80.7
Wear and aftermarket experience. At about 160,000 km one owner replaced the lower arms because the silent blocks at the subframe had worn, noting that cheap parts wear quickly.8 Another owner puts the OEM lower arm (the one the strut mounts to) at around 10,000 RUB (RU market, June 2025) and calls SA Sparts (СА Шпарц, transliterated) aftermarket arms a good, original-quality alternative that lasted to about 250,000 km; cheap arms at about 3,000 RUB (RU market, June 2025) had silent blocks and ball joints that broke almost at once.9 A different owner had the tie rods and a lower arm replaced at a dealer, says cheap ball joints (шаровые) on these cars failed around 70,000 km, and fitted a Sufix-type aftermarket lower arm (the boot needs grease packed under it) that seems to work so far; he calls Japanese and Korean "imitation" parts junk.1011 On bushings alone, one owner reports about 7,000 km on Tenacity AAMMA1017 silent blocks while the original ones had failed by about 50,000 km (the bushing position is not stated); another member advised buying by exact dimensions, avoiding the cheapest option and buying several brands at once.121314
Service damage. In a 47-second video an owner shows a new lower arm that he says a service centre damaged while fitting it: the bolts were driven into the wrong hole, the arm was punched through and had to be pressed and refitted. He says the service admitted the fault, and attributes the repeated arm replacements partly to poor workmanship.1516
Wear points at 190,000 km. One owner's stock suspension lasted about 190,000 km before the whole chassis began to wear: struts, the three-link arms (two upper and one straight; the curved arm lasts longest), stabilizer bushings and links. A lower-arm bushing fell out of the subframe three days after a service refit. At the rear there are many rubber silent blocks, and two Mazda-type rear longitudinal arms did not fit, so he pressed their bushings out.171819
