Rear longitudinal arms holding up to 160,000 km with no attention beyond the stabilizer bar: in a durability discussion, one owner (Arсhi 77) reported his rear longitudinal control arms were still fine at 160,000 km. Pressed on this by another member, he clarified the context: on the front lower control arms he had already replaced the whole assembly twice in that time (see the lower control arm bushings card for that side of the same conversation), but on the rear axle he had touched nothing except the stabilizer bar up to 160,000 km — i.e. the rear longitudinal arm/bushing itself needed no service at all over that mileage ¹².

Part number — 5CA028430: the bushing (silentblock) for the rear trailing/longitudinal control arm, mounted under the rear spring, is FAW part 5CA028430. This is the same part for both the left and right side (front and rear positions on the longitudinal arm) ³⁴⁵⁶⁷.

No published dimensions — buy the OEM part rather than trying to measure/replicate it: one owner asked for the bushing's internal dimensions specifically so he could source a generic aftermarket replacement without buying the branded part. The community's answer was blunt: exact dimensions are unlikely to be published anywhere — the only reliable way to get them is to remove the old bushing and measure it yourself. The simpler, recommended path is to just order the catalog-listed part by number rather than trying to reverse-engineer a generic substitute ³⁴.

Oct 2026 update — rear lower transverse arm silent blocks: numbers, analogues, labour. For the rear lower transverse arm silent block (сайлентблок) Arсhi 77 again cites FAW 5CA028430 ("I think these are the ones") ⁸, but Che Guevara reported that Emex cannot find the FAW number ⁹. Romanych cites the analogue ASVA 0501-098 ¹⁰; a shop lists the same as 0501098 ¹¹. Andrey Gamodin bought bushings (two per arm) that fit according to the manual, and advises not to search under FAW at all but for Mazda or Ford analogues, saying they are identical to the X80 suspension ¹²¹³. Che Guevara found a matching bushing on Emex for about 350 RUB each (RU market, Oct 2026) ¹⁴.

Rubberised or metal-sleeve? Romanych warns to make sure the ASVA ones arrive with a metal sleeve (металлическая обойма), not rubberised, because press-in types seat better and last longer ¹⁵¹⁶. A member reports that the rubberised ones press in very badly and suggests looking for something else that fits the housing ¹⁷.

Labour. A shop quoted about 5,000 RUB per side for replacing the rear silent blocks (RU market, Oct 2026); it was unclear whether parts were included ¹⁸. Victor says that is not expensive, since this is the most awkward silent block ¹⁹. Romanych adds that some masters replace them without removing the arm, which is cheaper, whereas removing the arm means dismantling the whole rear suspension ²⁰.

Replace or keep driving? At 108,000 km a service wrote a long list for the rear suspension — silent blocks of the longitudinal arms and of the spring arms — and the owner (Вадим Ратников) asked whether to buy complete arms instead ²¹²². Arсhi 77 reports that one service condemned all his silent blocks, but another judged them alive and he drove another 40,000 km without replacing them, adding that a service sells work volume, not quality ²³. Victor advises that a service should shake the part or show the fault rather than hand over a paper listing everything to replace ²⁴. The services disagree, so the wiki records both views.

Further owner reports and numbers. A B50 rear longitudinal arm silent block is cited as FA0128200-1; a member said the silent-block assembly itself costs about 1,300 RUB (RU market, April 2024), so pressing a new bushing in is unnecessary.
